Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II announced today that Mr. Alan Kelsey, 69, of Whippany, has been arrested and charged with Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Officials said on August 2, Livingston Police responded to a call of suspicious activity in a vehicle in a parking lot.
Officers located the vehicle and arrested the defendant, who was charged with Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The allegations here are accusations.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they enter a guilty plea or are found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
