Clifton authorities are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Monday night at a liquor store on Paulison Avenue.
Officers were called to the Paulison Liquor Store in the 600 block after receiving reports of a robbery in progress.
When police arrived, employees told them a masked suspect entered the business, displayed a weapon, and demanded cash before fleeing.
According to initial reports, the suspect escaped in an older-model, dark-colored Ford Explorer.
No one inside the store was physically harmed.
Clifton Police continue to search for the suspect as the investigation remains active. Additional details are expected once officials release more information.
