Maplewood Polie are investigating two stolen vehicles reported in separate sections of the Township overnight.
According to a preliminary investigation, in the first incident, police responded to the vicinity of 165 Franklin Terrace to investigate reports of a vehicle stolen around 8:30 p.m.
Units arrived and were told by the owner that a thief took their green Hyundai Sonata with a reported NJ license plate number "N65-NAZ". The vehicle was reportedly left running with the keys inside.
In the other incident, police believe that the driver left their vehicle running on Irvington Avenue when a thief easily drove away.
Police say they are looking for a grey 2014 Lexus RX 350 that a thief took around 9:40 p.m.
