According to authorities, on Jan. 8th, at approximately 11 p.m., the Stafford Township Police Department and other agencies responded to the Manahawkin Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility located on Route 72 West in reference to a carbon monoxide alarm activation in the facility's basement.
