Authorities in Newark request the public’s help locating Rayvone Gibson, of Brooklyn, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that occurred on Sunday, April 27.
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., at approximately 7 a.m., Police responded to University Hospital on a report of a man arriving there in a private car after he had been shot.

The vehicle that the victim was dropped off in, bearing Massachusetts registration No. 4FPV93, had been rented by Gibson at the time of the incident.
