A man was transported to an area hospital after he was struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning in Newark.
According to authorities, at approximately 9:22 a.m. today, a man was struck by a vehicle in the area of Washington and Court streets.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to University Hospital for treatment.
Police say the driver remained at the scene.
This incident is under investigation.
