Trenton Police are investigating a shooting that occurred earlier on Friday afternoon in the city.
According to a statement released by police, the incident happened in the 60's block of Hudson Street at approximately 1:30 p.m. where reports of shots fired had police responding to that location.
Upon officer's arrival, they found a male shot to the leg according to police.
Police say the victim was transported to Capital Heath Trauma center by city ems and is expected to make a full recovery.
The motive for the shooting has not been released.
