According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department (PPD) Officer-In-Charge Isa Abbassi, on September 3, at approximately 5:37 a.m., the PPD received information that a vehicle was parked in the area of Route 19 and Ward Street with an unidentified male inside.
Officials say that when officers arrived, they found the unidentified male deceased with a gunshot wound to his head.
This investigation is active and ongoing. More information will be released when it becomes available.
