The Mercer County Homicide Task Force, the Mercer County Shooting Response Team and the Trenton Police Department are investigating a shooting at approximately 1:45 p.m. on July 19 in Trenton at the Breunig Avenue Park.
Officers responded to the area of 14 Breunig Avenue and located the adult male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Police said the victim was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead a short time later.
The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.
