Police in Newark are continuing to investigate the cause of death for a man found in a section of the city Tuesday.
Newark Public Safety Director Brian O’Hara said police responded to a call of an unresponsive male in the 100 block of Clinton Avenue.
Emergency Responders arrived and found the unidentified, unconscious, and unresponsive male across the street from the Riviera Hotel.
Director O’Hara said the male was pronounced at 7:46 a.m.
“At this time, no foul play is suspected, but this incident remains under investigation,” Director O'Hara said.
