Trenton emergency responders recovered the body of an adult male from the Delaware River Tuesday afternoon.
According to a preliminary statement released by authorities, at approximately 4 p.m., police responded to the boat ramp on Lamberton Road after receiving reports of a body in the river.
Upon arrival, crews found the body of an unidentified Hispanic male floating in the Delaware River.
Trenton firefighters removed the victim from the river to land where medical professionals made the official pronouncement.
The incident remains under investigation.
