Emergency responders are at the train station on Broad Street for a man who fell from the train platform a short time ago.
Police responded to Broad Street near the train station sometime around 9:30 a.m. where a male somehow fell over the railing and onto the street authorities said.
EMS transported the victim to an area hospital suffering a serious head injury, according to authorities.
NJ Transit Police are on the scene assisting with the investigation.
