Man Charged with Explicit Contact of Juvenile Inside Jersey City Store

Authorities in Hudson County announced that on Thursday, September 18, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit arrested a 41-year-old male after investigating an explicit crime involving a juvenile female.

Prince Fullwood, of Jersey City, is charged with Explicit Contact and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, acting Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello stated.

According to Hudson County officials, he was arrested at his residence and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance.

The crime occurred on August 31, inside of a store in the area of Summit Avenue and Baldwin Avenue, HCPO officials say. 

Hudson County authorities said the 11-year-old female victim reported being groped by an unknown male while she was inside the store.
