A 49-year-old Parlin man was charged with stealing thousands of dollars worth of perfume and cologne from Cosmetic Essence Innovations.
According to police, officers responded Cosmetic Essence Innovations shortly after 3 a.m. on May 4 to investigate the theft of a large amounts of perfume and cologne.
Upon arrival, police found Gary Rivera loading more than $31,000 worth of perfume and cologne into his car.
He was consequently arrested and charged with theft.
Rivera was held at the Monmouth County jail in Freehold in lieu of $15,000 bail.
