A 41-year-old man wanted in connection with several sexual assaults, surrendered Friday, according to officials.
According to police, Samuel Reed, 41, allegedly committed a series of sexual attacks in the Grove Street and Nye Avenue area between Jan. 17 and Monday. During the assaults, the women were reportedly threatened with a gun as they walked in the area between 3 p.m. and 3 a.m.
He is facing charges including aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping and weapons offenses, police said.
