Man Accused of Driving Drunk Strikes Six Cars in Jersey City

Alleged dunk driver from Jersey City is facing DWI charges after injuring two and  striking six cars.

Officers on patrol last night around 9 p.m., saw a gray Lexus sideswipe two cars and come to a stop.

Police then ordered the driver - later identified as 33-year-old Alfred W. Morgan - out of the car, but instead he led police on a chase that came to an end on Pollock Avenue.

The driver struck a total of six cars with at least one occupied.

Morgan's blood alcohol level registered in at .17, more than twice the legal limit of .08, according to report.

Morgan was charged with driving while intoxicated, assault by auto and eluding officers.
