Police in Newark are investgiating a domestic violence incident that left a male stabbed at a location in the city's North Ward on Saturday morning.
According to police, the incident happened in the 60's block of Chester Avenue at around 2:47 a.m.
Police arrived at the scene and found the victim suffering a non-fatal injury after being stabbed during an apparent domestic dispute.
EMS transported the unidentified male to the hospital for treatment while police investigate the incident.
There were no immediate reports of arrests made.
