Police in Elizabeth are on the search for suspects wanted for a shooting near the train station Wednesday night.
A preliminary investigation indicated that a while vehicle -possibly a Nissan Altima- pulled up in the single-digit block of Grand Avenue and began firing shots from the car.
Bullets struck and injured a male victim, but his injuries were considered non-life threatening.
EMS transported the unidentified male to University Hospital, where he is expected to recover.
The suspect sped from the scene and remained at large.
