Elizabeth Police and emergency crews responded to an incident where a person fell from a window of a house in a city neighborhood Sunday night.
According to preliminary reports, emergency responders were called to a home in the 300 block of Franklin Street after receiving information of a person lying on the ground suffering serious injuries.
Upon arrival, police found the victim and were told that the unidentified male fell from the first floor of a two-story newer model home at that location.
Police say the victim was transported to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
The incident is under investigation.
