The Lyndhurst Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 29-year-old man who has been reported missing.

According to authorities, William Hooper, 29, was last seen on May 21, 2026, at the Secaucus Junction NJ Transit Train Station.
Police have not released details regarding the circumstances of his disappearance.
Hooper is described as being approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Police said his clothing at the time he was last seen is unknown, and no vehicle is associated with the missing person report. His possible destination also remains unknown.
Investigators are actively working to determine Hooper’s whereabouts and are urging anyone who may have seen him or has information that could assist in the investigation to come forward.
