Lyndhurst Man Charged with Production, Possession, Distribution of Explicit Images of Minors

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Vincent P. Incalcaterra, 21, of Lyndhurst, on charges of production, possession and distribution of explicit images of minors and child endangerment. 

According to Prosecutor Musella, on Thursday, April 14, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of Incalcaterra during the course of a months-long Internet investigation. 

The investigation revealed that Incalcaterra used the Internet to view, download, possess, and distribute files depicting explicit prepubescent minors. 

According to the investigation, Incalcaterra also used social media to engage in explicit dialogue and video chats with minors, some of whom he convinced to undress on camera.

As a result of the investigation, Incalcaterra was arrested on Thursday, April 14, in Paramus, and charged with the production of explicit images of minors, distribution of explicit images of minors, possession of explicit images of minors and endangering the welfare of a minor. 

This investigation, led by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit, is continuing.
