Police in Livingston are investigating a report of an armed robbery that occurred outside the Livingston Mall overnight.
According to preliminary reports, police are looking for as many as three male suspects who approached the victim armed with a bat and demanded personal possessions.
The suspects then began to strike the victim in the face before speeding off in what's believed to be a grey Nissan.
Police arrived at the scene to find the victim bleeding when they requested EMS.
Authorities are looking into the possibility of an isolated incident where the victim was acquainted with the suspects.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
