A 33-year-old Lebanon township man killed Monday as he repaired farm equipment has been identified.
According to police, Randall Smith, 33, died shortly after 12:45 p.m. from injuries sustained while he was repairing farm equipment.
The incident which appears to be an accident at this point remains and under investigation.
