Lacey Township Residents Charged with Narcotics Distributions

Ocean County officials announced the culmination of a three-month-long, multi-agency cooperative investigation into illegal drug activity in the Ocean County area. Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Narcotics Strike Force joined forces with other local law enforcement agencies, to conduct an investigation into the distribution of Heroin in Ocean County.

This investigation identified three residences in Lacey Township as being utilized to store and distribute quantities of Heroin and Fentanyl.

On August 1, Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force, along with the other local law enforcement agencies executed search warrants on the subject residences in Lacey Township.

As a result, Detectives seized approximately 9,800 individual dosage units of Heroin/Fentanyl and approximately five grams of “raw” unpackaged Heroin/Fentanyl.

As a result of the investigation they arrested and charged:

Larry Negron, 44, of Forked River, with three counts of Possession of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute, and two counts of Possession of Heroin/Fentanyl.

Bryanna Negron, 24, of Forked River, with Possession of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute, Distribution of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl, and Possession of Heroin/Fentanyl

Saul Padilla, 42, of Forked River, with Possession of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute, Distribution of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl, and Possession of Heroin/Fentanyl.
