Knife-Wielding Man Stabs Victim Several Times in Randolph

A Randolph man accused of cutting an unidentified person several times last night in the township was arrested.

Manuel Lopez, 26, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, weapons possession and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Lopez according to filed complaint attacked the unnamed victim several times with a black folding knife.

Lopez's bail was set at $50,000 and has been ordered to have no contact with the victim.

A bail hearing for Lopez is scheduled for Wednesday in Superior Court in Morristown.

The victim's identity or extent of injuries is being withheld at this time.
