There were non-life threatening injuries reported for a person found suffering a stab injury in Jersey City Sunday morning.
According to a preliminary investigation, officials at Jersey City Medical Center contacted police when the victim entered the emergency room suffering a stab injury just before 1 a.m.
Police focused their attention in the vicinity of 93 Garrison Avenue after the victim told them that the attack occurred at that location.
Officers found blood and other evidence when they arrived at the scene, according to reports.
The motive for the stabbing remains under investigation and police have reported no arrests.
