Police officials in Jersey City are on the search for a suspect who is wanted for an overnight residential burglary the occurred in the city.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the 40's block of Orient Avenue after receiving reports of a burglary in progress.
Several police units arrived at the scene began a search for a black male around the age of 60-years-old who broke into a home at that location.
It is not clear what if anything the suspect took during the burglary according to reports.
The incident remains under investigation.
