The Jersey City PD is seeking information as to the whereabouts of Dudley Villacis, 34, for kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a 16-year-old teen.
Dudley Villacis was last seen driving a 1999 Black Toyota Camry bearing NJ registration V90FWE.
Villacis is known to frequent 171 Beacon Avenue in Jersey City and Mount Prospect Street in Newark.
Although the victim is now at home, police want anyone with information on Villacis' whereabout, to contact Det. Jose Santana at (201) 547-6502 immediately.
