Jersey City Police Disperses Unruly Crowd

There were no serious injuries reported in an incident that had police break up several people who were engaged in fighting on a street in the city Saturday morning.

Police were called to the 80's block of Martin Luther King Boulevard after they received reports of a fight just before 3 a.m.

Officers arrived at the scene an began to move along a crowd of several participants that reportedly began engaging in violent physical contact for an unknown reason.

There were no immediate reports of arrests.

The incident remains under investigation.
