Police patrolling the area of Stegman Avenue around 2:38 a.m., police observed, Anwan Burns and Kenyatta Clinton, on the 100 block of Stegman Avenue when police observed one of the men attempting to hide.

Officers tried to stop men but they took off running, cutting through area backyards.
