If it hasn’t felt like fall just yet, we’ll definitely be feeling it today as we welcome everyone to Sunday. Hopefully, you had a great overnight.

Good morning, Jersey! We’re waking up to a chilly 51 degrees in downtown Newark, and today will certainly have you reaching for a jacket.
If you’re headed out to First Sunday service at your house of worship this morning, grab that jacket or a warm coat before you leave. Temperatures will remain on the cool side, and the breeze could make it feel even chillier outside.
We’ll start the day mainly dry, but clouds will increase as we move through Sunday, with a chance of showers developing during the afternoon.
According to the National Weather Service, there is a 50 percent chance of showers, mainly after 2 p.m. Otherwise, expect increasing clouds with a high near 65 degrees and an east wind around 8 mph.
Tonight, there is a 30 percent chance of showers, mainly before 8 p.m.
Skies will remain cloudy before gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 56 degrees.
So, Jersey, fall is making itself known today. Keep the jacket nearby and the umbrella handy for later.
Have a blessed and peaceful Sunday!
