Irvington Police are investigating a shots-fired incident that occurred on a street in the township Monday night.
Residents in the 100 block of Harper Street contacted police after hearing gunfire in the neighborhood during the late evening hours.
According to a statement released by police officials, detectives are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the area of 122 Harper Avenue.
Although residents say they believe that they saw blood on the sidewalk, Irvington Police said no injuries were reported during the incident.
