Several victims suffered non-life threatening injuries in a crash on a McCarter Highway Saturday morning.
The three-vehicle collision happened around 3:40 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the roadway between Grafton and 3rd avenues.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found two vehicles facing the wrong direction and three victims requesting medical attention.
Police diverted all traffic to Chester Avenue while officers investigated the cause of the crash.
Newark Police will investigate the incident.
