A violent attack after a robbery on an Irvington Township street has police searching for a suspect.
The robbery took place before 9:30 p.m., in the 1100 block of Stuyvesant Avenue, where a suspect approached the victim and demanded personal possessions according to reports.
During the robbery, the suspect reportedly attacked the victim, causing a non-life threatening head injury before running from the scene then into a waiting vehicle report said.
EMS treated the victim while police canvassed the area for the suspect.
There were no arrests reported
