There were non-life threatening injuries reported for the victim of a crash that occurred in Hillside overnight.
Police were called to the intersection of Mertz Avenue and North Broad Street at approximately 11:30 p.m. to investigate reports of a car crash.
Upon their arrival, officers found a car had collided with a pole causing severe damaged to the vehicle according to reports.
Utility crews arrived at the scene to repair the damaged pole.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
