A fatal crash that occurred between a box truck and dump truck in Hunterdon County has authorities investigating.
According to police, at approximately 8 a.m. officers responded to the area of state Route 31 near Glen Manor Drive in Glen Gardner for a report of a crash.
Upon arrival, emergency responders determined that one of the victims involved was thrown from a truck following the collision that ultimately overturned the box truck.
Officials said two people from the box truck were flown to Morristown Medical Center, where one was pronounced dead.
According to authorities, the driver of the dump truck was treated for minor injuries,
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
