Authorities in Hudson County announced that on Thursday, November 16, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force and the Hoboken Police Department arrested six individuals and executed multiple court-authorized search warrants in Hoboken, Jersey City, Elizabeth, and Montclair.
Officials stated as part of the months-long investigation, seven handguns, two of which were reported stolen, over 17 kilograms of suspected heroin/fentanyl, over 2.5 kilograms of cocaine, and various illegal narcotics with a street value in excess of $15 million were recovered.
Additionally, over $20,000 in suspected proceeds from narcotics transactions was seized, officials said.
According to officials, the following individuals were arrested:
-Darryl Mobley, 37, and Erica Rivera-Mobley, 41, both of Montclair, are each charged with Operating a Controlled Dangerous Substance Production Facility (heroin/fentanyl),Operating a Controlled Dangerous Substance Production Facility (cocaine), multiple counts of Possession of a Weapon While Committing a CDS Offense, five counts of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (firearm), two counts of Conspiracy to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl), two counts of Conspiracy to Distribute (cocaine), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl) within 500 Feet of Public Property, Possession with the Intent to Distribute (cocaine), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (cocaine) within 500 Feet of Public Property, Possession with the Intent to Distribute (marijuana),Conspiracy to Distribute (marijuana), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (marijuana) within 500 Feet of Public Property, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Drug Paraphernalia, two counts of Theft, two counts of Possession of a Prohibited Device (hollow point bullets),Possession of a Prohibited Weapon (defaced firearm), two counts of Possession of a Prohibited Device (large capacity ammunition magazine), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (Xanax), and Possession with the Intent to Distribute (Xanax) within 500 Feet of Public Property. Daryl Mobley is additionally charged with Certain Persons not to Possess a Weapon, officials say.
-Marquis High, 34, of Hoboken, is charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute (cocaine), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (cocaine) within 500 Feet of Public Property, Possession with the Intent to Distribute (cocaine) within 1,000 Feet of a School, Possession with the Intent to Distribute (marijuana), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (marijuana) within 500 Feet of Public Property, Possession with the Intent to Distribute (marijuana) within 1,000 Feet of a School, Money Laundering, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
-Anthony Crawford, 38, of Elizabeth, is charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (cocaine), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (cocaine) within 1,000 Feet of a School, Possession with the Intent to Distribute (cocaine) within 500 Feet of Public Property, Money Laundering, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (firearm), Possession of a Weapon While Committing a CDS Offense, Certain Persons not Possess a Weapon, Tampering with Evidence, two counts of Distribution (heroin/fentanyl), two counts of Distribution (heroin/fentanyl) within 1,000 Feet of a School, two counts of Distribution (heroin/fentanyl) within 500 Feet of Public Property, Distribution (cocaine), Distribution (cocaine) within 1,000 Feet of a School, and Distribution (cocaine).
-Darrell Love, 25, and Chad Robertson, 41, both of Jersey City, are each charged with Possession of a Weapon While Committing a CDS Offense, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (firearm), Possession (heroin/fentanyl), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl), Possession with the Intent to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl) within 1,000 Feet of a School, Possession with the Intent to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl) within 500 Feet of Public Property, and Conspiracy to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl).
