House Struck by Stray Bullets in Paterson

Police reported no injuries in a Wednesday night shots fired incident in Paterson. 

It happened around 9 p.m. in the area of 112 Belmont Avenue. 

Officers arrived at the scene and found shell casings after a ShotSpotter device activated and alerted authorities of a shooting. 

Several officers arrived and found a damaged house after bullets struck the building, but no one inside was injured. 

The suspect fled the scene and is at large.
