He was struck by a motor vehicle late Sunday evening, November 15, 2015, in the proximity of Don Pepe restaurant, 844 McCarter Highway, Newark, NJ.
He may have been at a White Castle location in East Orange, NJ, earlier on Sunday, November 15, 2015.
He has no identifying marks or scars.
