Police are investigating a reported home invasion burglary that occurred early Monday morning in the city’s North Ward.
According to preliminary information, officers were dispatched shortly before 3 a.m. to the 70s block of Broadway after receiving reports of a burglary in progress.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with a homeowner who reported that multiple suspects had entered the residence through a window.
It remains unclear what, if anything, was taken during the incident. Authorities said the suspects fled the scene and remain at large.
The investigation is active and ongoing. No injuries have been reported.
