Hillside’s Mayor Vertreese has announced the Township’s first Coronavirus patient.
According to Mayor Vertreese, the patient is a 55-year-old woman who has been taken to Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck for treatment and remains in stable condition.
The mayor said the township has launched an investigation into who the woman may have come in contact with.
“Those people will be contacted then provided with the necessary support,” Mayor Vertreese said.
