Authorities have identified the 50-year-old Hillsdale man that died after running to get on a Hoboken bound train.
NJ Transit spokeswoman Penny Bassett identified man as Daniel Stark who was airlifted to Hackensack University Medical Center after severing his arm and suffering serious legs injuries.
Stark later died from his injuries.
No injuries were reported by anyone aboard the train.
Incident remains under investigation.
