Prosecutor Robertson stated that at approximately 2:30 pm on July 15, 2019, detectives from the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Unit and the Hillsborough Township Police Department Patrol Division located defendant Martinez in his Gemini Drive home and placed him under arrest for the possession of Explicit Images of Minors.
