There were no physical injuries reported in an overnight armed robbery that that occurred in the city's South Ward overnight.
The incident happened in the 30's block of Johnson Street shortly before 2:30 a.m. where police responded to reports of an armed robbery in progress.
First arriving officers met the victim who stated being robbed by three black males suspect who pointed a gun and demanded personal possessions.
The suspects reportedly took the victim's car keys, wallet, and cell phone before they fled in a burgundy 4-door vehicle, possibly a 1990 Pontiac.
The investigation and search for the suspects is active and ongoing.
