The Essex County Prosecutor's Office are investigating a shooting that left a man dead in East Orange overnight.
According to authorities, gunfire rang out on the 100 block of Hollywood Avenue sending a large police presence to the scene where officers found the victim unconscious and unresponsive at that location.
Two people were pronounced dead while a third person suffered unspecified injuries.
A large crime scene stretched several blocks on Central Avenue where detectives from the Prosecutor's Office processed the scene and searched for evidence to support a motive.
