Passaic County authorities are investigating a shooting that injured two victims in Paterson Wednesday night.
According to police, they are on the search for suspect who fired multiple rounds in the 800 block of East 19th Street at approximately 10:05 p.m.
Police say units arrived at the scene found an unidentified victim suffering a bullet wound in his chest and a second person struck by gunfire at that location.
Both victims were rushed to St. Joseph's Medical Center for treatment, according to police.
The motive for the shooting has not been determined and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
No arrests have been reported.
