Police reported no injuries in a shots-fired incident in Newark's North Ward Wednesday evening.
Gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 70 Grafton Avenue -near Broadway- at approximately 6:25 p.m.
Several police units arrived at the scene and found multiple shell casings, but after officers canvassed the area, no victims were found.
The suspect fled the scene, and no arrests have been reported.
Authoritites have not released a motive for the shooting at this time.
