An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted a Pennsylvania man for a deadly stabbing inside an Atlantic City hotel in September.
Andrew Osborne, 34, of Philadelphia, PA, was indicted today on one count of First-Degree Murder and one count of Third-Degree Possession of a Weapon for An Unlawful Purpose.
Officials said this indictment stems from an investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Atlantic City Police Department of the fatal stabbing of Brian Wilkinson, 47, of Egg Harbor Township, inside a hotel room at the Ocean Casino in Atlantic City on September 23, 2022.
According to Atlantic County officials, Osborne was previously arrested in Philadelphia and is currently lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending trial.
The charges against Osborne are merely accusations.
