Township police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash on East New Street that killed one person.
Last night, at approximately 7:54 p.m., patrol units responded to the report of a motor vehicle crash on East New Street near Paddock Drive.
Investigation at the scene, revealed the crash involving three vehicles had one adult and three juveniles transported to Kennedy Hospital in Washington Twp. for treatment.
While one of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
East New Street was closed for several hours following the crash, police said.
The crash is being investigated by Ptl. Vigliotta and Ptl. Walton of the Glassboro Police Department Traffic Safety Unit and remains under investigation.
The Glassboro Fire Department, Gloucester County EMS, Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office and Inspira Paramedics all assisted at the scene.
Names of the involved parties are being withheld pending notification to family.
