We’re closing out the workweek with conditions very similar to yesterday, as frigid temperatures and biting wind chills continue across New Jersey.

Good morning and happy Friday.
Early this morning, temperatures are hovering around 27 degrees, but gusty winds are making it feel much colder, closer to 14 degrees in many areas.
While sunshine will return today, it won’t do much to take the edge off the cold.
If you’re heading out early, especially before sunrise or waiting at the bus stop, make sure you’re bundled up with a warm coat, gloves, and a hat.
The cold is no joke this morning.
According to the National Weather Service, skies will remain sunny today with a high near 35 degrees.
Wind chill values will range between 15 and 25 degrees, with west winds of 9 to 11 mph and gusts up to 21 mph.
Tonight will be mostly clear and cold, with temperatures dropping to around 25 degrees. Winds will gradually ease, becoming calm later in the evening.
The weekend will continue this stretch of cold weather, so plan accordingly if you’ll be outdoors.
Have a safe and warm weekend, New Jersey.
